About Me
Hello, my name is Carly!
I am photographer and artist based in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. My work is rooted in storytelling — connecting with people, capturing the human experience, and exploring the relationships within communities.
Before picking up a camera full-time, I worked as a tax accountant and spent three years teaching English as a foreign language in southern Spain. That path — numbers, language, people, across two countries — shapes a holistic approach to image-making: I bring an eye for structure and detail, a fluency in listening and connection, and a genuine curiosity about the lives and communities I'm photographing.
Beyond the camera, you’ll find me dancing to the rhythm of life, getting lost in a good book, or paddleboarding on calm waters. These passions fuel my creativity and bring me joy, and I love weaving them into both my work and my lifestyle.
